Residence

You will have access to a 3B/2b apartment that would take the entire 46′ × 46′ floor plan. This will mean at most – one will have 2 neighbors (1 above, and 1 below). This residence will be available for $1,000 and will be exclusively for the employee. Most of the utilities are included – therefore reducing the financial strain on you, and allow you to work without worrying about your housing situation. This building will be built on a lot of land, and therefore completely brand new. The idea will be to do prefabrication, and have the floors delivered in whole, and stack on top of each other. The roof will have solar panels, and a rooftop antenna. With that said, there will be no outdoor space included with the rent.

In addition to the actual residence, you will also be provided with a 20TB storage that you can use as you see fit. This drive will show up with Linux, MacOS, and Windows. In the case of Windows, you will need to map the storage drive, and assign a letter to that drive. One good idea might be to use this 20TB drive for a backup solution. Both Linux and MacOS has built in backup software, and will recognize the NAS? as a network storage. Windows will use Windows File History which is not really a good backup solution, but will work as a free option. If this is not sufficient for you, you should look for Windows backup software supporting network drives.

As mentioned in the building’s page, each residence will have 2 parking spaces. The garage will have 15 spaces with the extra one in case I need to come to the building for whatever the reason. EV charging will be done at 50¢ per kwh. This is high, but consider the savings of fewer bills, and a much lower rent.
