There will be a number of support features made available to the employees. This will include something as simple as contact cards, to something as significant as employee housing. Each employee will receive all of the support options, even if they don’t need it, it is still available to them. This section will go into all of the employee support options that would be available. I would like to think of these options combined as a very generous support package. If that is the case, then the employee will likely want to remain under my employ. This means they will do their job, and do everything their role will entail. To no longer work for FSP Realty will be to no longer receive support options including employee housing.
These support options only apply to FSP Realty employees. If I had additional businesses, then those employees will also receive some support, but not as significant as the package that FSP Realty offers. This is not because I value the other employees any less, but the realty company is the company making the most money, and to provide as many benefits to the other employees will make the business no profitable.
