Every employee will receive an email? exclusively for work related email. This means there will never be loverteddybear4857@fsp.homes. Instead, there will be one or two email addresses that everyone might have to deal with. All employees will have first–last@fsp.homes. In my example, this will be frank-pilone@fsp.homes. This is simple enough if you know the name of the person you are writing to.
Individual email aliases might also exist. In example, owner@fsp.homes will forward to me. There are address will multiple people will work on the account at the same time. In example, all receptionists will be able to access contact@fsp.homes. All maintenance people will be able to access help@fsp.homes. Since the email system is IMAP, a person can see which address has been read from within their email client. They can just select the next unread emails. In this regard, the employee might provided their actual email for further communications on the subject matter at hand.
Some employees will have 2 email addresses. This will be their name, and building if they are the manager. If the person no longer works as the building manager, the email address will change, and the provided to the new manager. Keep in mind, that if the person is no longer the manager, they may have to leave their apartment that they provided to for the manager. In example, the building address might be tower@fsp.homes.
Employees should also have an email signature. This will be their name, telephone number, and the building address. For example, if John Doe was to manage FSP Tower, then his signature might look like the following:
John Doe
ph/fax: +1 4125554377
Website: https://tower.fsp.homes
If the employee is not tied to any building, then they will have a different signature. This signature will be the name, realty’s phone number, and realty’s web address. My signature might look like:
Frank S. Pilone
ph/fax: +1 4123777368
Website: https://fsp.homes
