In reality, the only position that requires a suitable automobile is the maintenance personnel which will be essential for transporting appliances. Even these employees will have a 31 day pass. There might be an instance where taking an automobile will be more work than worth (such as finding a parking space). The bus pass is essential for the needs of the tenant. If there are other members of the family, they will need to acquire their own pass if they should wish to have one. FSP Realty will not pay for more than one pass per employee.
