Welcome to the Employee Center of FSP Realty. FSP Realty is a what if scenario as defined by me, and my imagination. Therefore, this is not a real business/company, and I am not seeking employees. This is based on what if I would do if I won $25,000,000 net. With that said, the one thing I would do is create a realty company, gut and renovate all of the properties I would acquire, and rent them out to Section-8 tenants.

As for this site, I will assume that I would need up to 4 receptionists, 2 maintenance people, and 1 realty agent. This is because I am not good with people, nor do I have handyman skills. You will receive resources that would benefit you in your work. These resources are provided on allowance for working, and the resources will have to be relinquished if you no longer work for me. All of this information will be provided within this site. At the bare minimum, you would receive an extension for the telephone system, a dedicated voicemail box, and a voicemail box for each department that all of the same group will have access to. For example, all receptionist will have access to the clerical voicemail box.

As you may guess, my realty company’s website will be fsp.homes. This will be the basis for the communications with the callers, and provide information from the web including units available. With that in mind, the reader should consider that my realty company’s domain^? will have to be noted, and since I own this domain, it would be used for this What If. However, the domain I would have wanted would have been too expensive for me to buy considering it was $400 per year, and that is too much money to spend on a fantasy.
