The receptionist will be required to answer and transfer calls. The realty agent will be responsible for showing vacant residences, and addressing the concerns of a tenant as it comes up. The maintenance person will be responsible to perform basic maintenance duties, or arrange services when it exceeds their capabilities. All employees will be expected to fulfill their duties, no matter how much they have to do. Even I will have duties. This will include acting as Human Resources, and the employer of the company. I will also address various other requirements that does not fit into the other positions. Fulfilling duties will be what would keep your job, and even receive an increase of income. I basically reward hard and efficient work. I also reward loyalty.
