There will be a number of positions that would need to be filled for the realty company. This will also mean I will bleed money until enough residences are rented out. Since the renovated properties will be completely modernized, and target Section-8 tenants, I will assume that the residences will fill up fast, and therefore provide the money to pay the employees.
There will be a number of positions that would need to be filled. The positions are as follows:
- 1 Realty Agent
- 2 Maintenance People
- 2-4 Office Hours Receptionists
During the off hours, I will likely be the one to initially respond to any emergency issues. If a maintenance person is needed to address the issue, I will contact the appropriate one, and send them to their job. If it is an issue such as a lost key fob, then I will need to be the one to address the issue. If I am not able to drive, I will have to get the realty agent involved to deliver the new key fob. By me determining what is an imperative call, I will be able to conserve the demand to my employees for something that would actually be important to deal with.
