Owner

This will be the only position guaranteed to be filled. I will process any documents that needs processing. I will also function as Human Resources, and when necessary the apartment manager until I can get one for that building. My main goal is to get employees for the roles that needs to be filled as quickly as possible. Since I am the owner, I will “eventually” live in the penthouse of the Tower. This will grant me the ability to have a comfortable life without needing to find another condo to live in. You can learn more about the penthouse in the Penthouse’s website. I will assume that I would have an F-150 pickup truck to go to the buildings as needed. I also understand that parking is not a guaranteed option for most of the buildings.

If there are any disputes with the employees, it will be my job to address those disputes. When the Section-8 tenant needs to have their first lease signed, it will be me that would go to Section-8’s office. This is because I am the owner of the building in question. I will also setup the digital key if the tenant needs that, or provide them with a digital key if they don’t have a supported smartphone. I will also provide the tenant with my contact card, and the contact card of their manager. For mail to go out, I will also print the envelopes, and postage stamps using a Virtual Machine? of Windows exclusively for the Stamps.Com software.

When in the office, I will have a Grandstream GRP2670 which will be the office phone. When receptionist needs to send the call to me, they will send it to extension 377 (FSP) which will be a ring group to ring multiple phones. Because of this, I will not return calls unless the caller leaves a message. All of my locations will display the FSP Realty phone number as the calling number. This is to keep my personal numbers private, and not disclosed so a tenant can’t call me at 2AM because they don’t want to go through proper channels.

I will have an email address which the tenant can write to. If there is an emergency, then the tenant needs to contact the apartment manager. I would only address business email during business hours. This will set that separation from tenant/owner. Even if I was to have a friend living in one of my apartments, there is Frank the Friend which is different than Frank the Apartment Owner.
