As an employee, you will receive your own WordPress powered website located at https://first-last.fsp.homes. Therefore, my employee site will be https://frank-pilone.fsp.homes. This site will allow you to promote yourself in regards with your job. You can go into detail about your qualifications, your work duties, and job role. You can also add aspects of your personal life as well. This site should be somewhat job related, but you are free to do what you would want with the site.
When you get employed by FSP Realty, I would set the site up for you. You would have access to the back end so you can add pages, posts, and media. However, you will not have FTP? access to the site. Instead, you would use web logins, and web forms. This is intended to make your life easier, and since everything is already setup with all of the options you would need, or want – this site should work well for you. The capacity of your website will be 1GB, and since most of your pages will be in an MySQL Database, you won’t have unique pages for every page, and the template you choose will be the basis of your website layout. This will reduce the size of the site, and database. One might be willing to provide images of themselves on the employee site, and they will be welcomed to do so. Again, the employee will have a 1GB capacity website.
If the employee is no longer employed by FSP Realty, their old web address will redirect to the home site of the realty company. This will allow the visitor to no be completely lost when they can’t access the person’s website. It will be strongly encourage that the employee has their own personal website that they can provide that address for personal reasons.
