The contact cards will be provided to every employee of the realty company (even receptionists). The card will be designed to be a vertical card which is unique, but will separate from what might be a personal card that the employee might otherwise have. The details will go from top to bottom.
At the top of the card will be the company logo. I will not see the benefit to providing a photo with the card even though they might deal with half of the staff to some degree or another. Below the logo will be the name of the employee, and position. There will be a space in between the position, and telephone number. There will also be a SIP? address so the caller does not have to spend money to call the employee. Below the numbers, and SIP address will be another space followed by the realty’s website, and the employee’s email address. No alias address will be used, and instead the actual email address of the card bearer will be provided.
The card will be a white background with black text. This is designed to be simple and to the point. This is meant to advertise the business as much as it is to promote the employee. Keep in mind that they should have their own contact cards if they want people to communicate with them on a personal level. Personal calls, and emails should not be done on the business resources. All calls and emails to the business is property of the business.
